The remodel of Massari Arena was unveiled to the public as the ThunderWolves' men's and women's basketball teams played their last two games of the regular season on Friday, Feb. 22 and Saturday, Feb. 23.
The $12.7 million project is to renovate the Health, Physical Education, and Recreation (HPER) building. Enhancements will include:- 3 Basketball Courts (multi use)
- Student Weight Room
- Aerobics/Dance room
- Climbing Wall
- 4 Racquetball courts
- Swimming Pool
- Academic Class Rooms & Labs
- Athletics locker rooms
- Student locker rooms
- Athletics Training Room
- Student Study Skills Room
- Concession Stands
- Wrestling Room
- Staff offices (academics/athletics)
